The fabulous scent of this simple yet elegant lavender & rose soap will bring a smile to your face and will leave you happy for the whole day. A fabulously feminine soap.
Lavender & rose soap was made in a very small batch, by hand using the cold process method with skin-loving ingredients. It will gently clean without stripping your skin of its natural oils, as it retains the natural glycerine to help keep your skin moisturised after washing.
The oils were infused with dried root from the common broad-leafed (or bitter) Dock plant (Rumex obtusifolius), which produce a pink colour when mixed with alkali. So despite being a nuisance weed in gardens and parks, it is a useful plant!
– Lavender oil can benefit the skin in numerous ways – it has the ability to lessen acne, help lighten skin, and reduce wrinkles. The scent of lavender is believed to help promote calmness and wellness.
– Rose geranium essential oil is also used to promote emotional stability, alleviate pain, stimulate healing from burns and wounds, enhance mood, and reduce inflammation.
– Dock root has been used to help cleanse cuts and add in skin healing.
