Delivery & returns

I accept returns, exchanges if there is a problem with your order.

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase*

*If orders have already been processed and shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Shipping providers

Orders for New Zealand addresses are shipped via courier using Aramex or Courier Post. A tracking number will be provided with your dispatch notification.

Orders for international addresses are shipped using New Zealand Post. A tracking number (if available) will be provided with your dispatch notification.

The Good Stuff cannot be held liable for any shipping delays once the package has been collected from our premises or placed into the care of shipping providers. Tracking of packages and any issues with delayed delivery should be directed in the first instance to the shipping provider.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returned items will be inspected for condition prior to any refund being given.
